- Project enquiry details. If you use the enquiry form, you may enter your name, company or business name, WhatsApp number, email address, the type of solution you need, a project description, whether you already have a website or app, and an estimated budget.
- Messages you send us. Anything you send to us directly by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
3. How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on this website does not send your details to a TechMila server. After you complete it, the form prepares a message that you can choose to send to us through WhatsApp or email. Your enquiry reaches us only if you send that message. Please review the message before sending it and avoid including sensitive personal or financial information.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
- To prepare quotes and proposals, and to deliver and support projects you ask us to carry out.
- To communicate with you about your project.
- To maintain the security and operation of this website.

5. Third-party services
- WhatsApp and email. If you contact us through these services, your messages are also handled under the terms and privacy policies of the relevant providers.
- Google Fonts. This website loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font from Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address.
- Links to other websites. Our Work section links to external websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
6. Cookies and analytics
At the time of writing, this website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
7. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers (for example hosting or communication tools) where needed to run our business or deliver a requested service, or where we are required to do so by law.
